Terms of Use

1. Agreement and Apple terms

These product terms supplement Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). If these terms conflict with Apple’s mandatory terms for an App Store transaction, Apple’s terms control to the extent of that conflict.

2. The service

Stable Diffusion provides AI-assisted image generation, image editing, structural and style control, image enhancement, and 3D asset generation. Features, models, supported formats, and credit costs may change as providers and technical capabilities evolve. Material changes will be presented in the app where appropriate.

3. Subscriptions, renewal, and cancellation

• Weekly, monthly, and yearly plans are offered through Apple’s in-app purchase system.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when the purchase is confirmed.
• A subscription renews automatically for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends at the price shown by Apple.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings.
• There is no free image-generation trial.
• Purchases can be restored from the app on devices using the same Apple ID.

4. Credits and fair use

Each plan includes a credit allowance that renews with that plan’s weekly, monthly, or yearly billing period. You may use the full allowance at any time during the period. Unused credits do not roll over. Different models and operations consume different amounts because provider costs vary. The app displays the applicable cost before an operation begins. Requesting multiple outputs increases the total credit cost proportionally.

Reasonable technical limits may be applied to protect service availability, prevent automation abuse, or comply with provider rules. They will not silently shorten a purchased billing period.

5. Plan changes and refunds

Upgrades and downgrades within the same subscription group are handled by Apple. Apple determines when a change takes effect and whether a prorated charge or refund applies. Refund requests are handled under Apple’s policies and purchase support process.

6. Your content

You retain the rights you hold in prompts, source files, and outputs. You grant us and the selected processing provider a limited, temporary licence to host, transmit, transform, and return content solely as needed to perform your request, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. You are responsible for having the rights, permissions, and lawful basis needed for content you submit.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use the service for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, exploitative, or privacy-invasive activity; to create non-consensual sexual imagery; to impersonate or defraud; to bypass safeguards; or to overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or resell the service without written permission. Requests may be rejected or access restricted when reasonably necessary to protect people, providers, or the service.

8. AI output and professional review

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or similar to content created for others. Review every result before publication or commercial use. The app is a creative tool and is not a source of legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or other professional advice.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Provider outages, network conditions, safety reviews, or platform changes may delay or prevent an operation. We may replace models or modify features when needed for quality, safety, cost, or legal compliance.

10. Warranty and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee a particular output, commercial result, or fitness for a specific purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the app and cancel through Apple at any time. Access may be suspended for a serious or repeated breach, fraud, abuse, security risk, or legal requirement. Local files remain under your control, subject to device storage and app deletion.

12. Contact and updates

Questions about these terms can be sent through the support page. We may revise these terms when the service or law changes. Continued use after a notified effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
